On-site | Head of Partner Sourcing OEM Execution (Region India)

Your responsibilities
The role heads the OEM Execution Center for Region India (RIN) to define partner strategies, ensure reliable supply, optimize total cost, and deliver high-quality products aligned with business growth objectives as per VCP 2.0, including local for local initiatives
Define and implement partner sourcing strategy in alignment with Global Head of Partner Sourcing OEM.
Lead strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize TCO and ensure supply security.
Build and manage a strong partner ecosystem including onboarding, performance management, and risk mitigation.
Drive NPI execution includes cost targets, quality gates, and launch readiness.
Ensure supplier quality meets BSH standards (TCR). Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including GOM, Marketing, Engineering and Quality.
Your profile
Strategic sourcing, procurement, and contract negotiation TCO modelling and cost optimization Project and program management
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Your benefits
University degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or Business
12+ years in OEM sourcing, supplier management and execution
Experience in global and cross-functional environments
Strong execution and leadership track record
