Senior Procurement Manager

Location: Bengaluru

Job Summary:

Lead and drive performance management of key procurement initiatives and projects across multiple spend categories.
Align procurement objectives with broader organizational goals to ensure efficiency and value delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the development and cascade of annual objectives for the Global Procurement Organization.
Define and track key performance metrics for the aligned procurement area.
Identify, plan, and execute strategic initiatives aligned with business and procurement objectives.
Ensure alignment of objectives with the personal development plans of Procurement Leadership Team members.
Embed a performance-driven culture across procurement activities in multiple spend categories.
Develop and implement governance models for regular performance updates and tracking.
Act as an internal consultant to Procurement leadership, providing strategic insights and fresh perspectives.
Challenge conventional thinking and offer advisory input to improve procurement strategies.
Prepare briefing materials and executive summaries for meetings involving the Procurement Head and Category Leads.
Lead communication strategy for the Chief Procurement Officer at the market/category level.
Develop and implement content for procurement communication initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree.
Experience leading procurement within a specific supply category.
Proven project management capabilities.
Proficiency in generating data insights for performance measurement.

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA or advanced degree.
Experience managing and influencing multiple stakeholders.
Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
Executive-level communication experience.
