Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Bengaluru. The Project Manager will oversee planning, execution, and completion of plumbing and related infrastructure projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with expeditors, vendors, and contractors; managing schedules, materials, and logistics; and monitoring site activities and inspections to maintain quality and safety standards.
The role involves preparing project plans and progress reports, resolving on-site issues, and communicating regularly with clients and internal stakeholders. The Project Manager will also support process optimization, risk management, and adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and communication.
Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to track materials, follow up with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery to project sites.
Candidates should possess Inspection skills to verify installation quality, safety compliance, and adherence to technical specifications.
Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to organize resources, manage inventory, and coordinate transportation and site support.
Relevant experience in construction, finishing works, pop, ceilings. marble and tile fit outs.
Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
Effective verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
