Position Summary :
The Senior Manager, Supply Solutions leads origin-to-retail import fulfillment and replenishment operations for one or more merchandise categories, departments, or divisions of significant complexity. This role owns the end-to-end flow of inventory from origin sourcing markets to retail market warehouse facilities, partnering closely with Retail, Sourcing, Suppliers, and Logistics teams to keep the business in-stock, financially healthy, and operationally efficient.

The Senior Manager acts as a key liaison between the Supply Solutions organization and Retail/Business partners, driving strategy, supplier performance, cross-functional alignment, and continuous improvement across the direct import supply chain.

The Role
As a Senior Manager, you will lead the Supply Solutions function, driving operational excellence, strategic initiatives, and business transformation across Purchase Order management and supply chain processes. This role oversees operational performance, governance, and service delivery while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to manage risks, resolve critical supply chain challenges, and enable scalable solutions. The position champions process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, productivity, and business outcomes.

Additionally, the Senior Manager develops team capabilities, drives execution of key business priorities, and provides strategic leadership to support organizational goals.

What You'll Do
1) Plan and Direct Inventory Flow & Supply Chain Execution
Directs and optimizes supply chain execution across multiple categories/portfolios and business plans, applying judgement and expertise to navigate complex business challenges so the retail market holds optimal inventory at the highest in-stock levels.

· Develop methods and KPIs to deliver in-stock and inventory goals.

· Collaborate on new item forecasting; develop flow planning to fill the pipeline based on category inventory strategy.

· Place and calibrate orders within ordering systems/tools to maintain optimal inventory levels; identify replenishment and inventory expectations.

· Influence and collaborate with sourcing organization and retail market partners to ensure in-stock and inventory metrics are achieved.

· Analyze trends in financial performance and external market factors to proactively align resources against future challenges.

· Integrate team analytics to influence cross-functional decisions; align, develop, and direct resources to achieve objectives and financial results.

· Support and identify business opportunities to improve work efficiency and resource optimization; develop and communicate business plans and priorities with the retail market to meet financial goals.
2) Develop Fulfillment Strategy & Manage Supplier Performance
Develop fulfillment strategies with key suppliers to drive fulfillment excellence and achieve OTIF, sales, in-stock, inventory, profitability, and supply chain efficiency targets, while managing daily execution to meet defined business targets and customer satisfaction.

· Formulate supplier collaboration and development strategy with cross-functional teams (Retail, Sourcing, etc.) at the multi-department level.

· Lead Sales & Operations (S&OP) meetings; collaborate with suppliers on demand/supply planning to improve factory operations, capability, and fulfillment performance.
