Summary
We're looking for someone who will lead our performance marketing team. We aren't looking for a person with a long list of achievements or educational qualifications. We are looking for someone who:
Has a natural leadership spirit and loves digital advertising.
Can manage Client servicing and Strategy both (We believe they need to be one and the same in 2026)
Has a sound understanding of both digital advertising platforms as well as creative best practices..
At Least 5 years of experience in the industry.

Job Description
Management :
Act as the overall management & supervision of a client's business, ensuring that we are delivering for the client's business everyday.
Drives all marketing proposals for your cluster of accounts and acts as the principal custodian of the brand's quarterly and annual goals.
Leads with partner(s) to develop strategic client initiatives to deliver on their KPIs by leveraging capabilities.
Strengthen and own client - agency relationships (and all other stakeholders) and ensure the rest of the team maps well to the overall account goals.
Ensure that all client initiatives run on time and on budget.
Lead and shape client presentations and confidently present, as and when required.
Growth
Proactively identify needs of the client and business to sell-through incremental campaign opportunities to clients, that help them achieve the most efficient returns;
Supervise campaigns that result in the overall marketing dollars, while delivering best in class work that help grow client business.
Has proven ability to sell in new business and strategically grow a portfolio, building relationships wider & higher in an organization. This includes helping sell creative ideas that are on strategy.
Drive long term project planning in conjunction with the head of media.
Strategy
Brings the consumer's world to life through the use of qualitative and cultural mining, plus insightful synthesis of quantitative research.
Acts as an ambassador in the development of new insights, audience segmentation and cultural analysis that will build clients' businesses.
Reviews qualitative, quantitative research, and behavioral data and independently be able to dive into research tools to draw and interpret insights.
Oversees larger campaign productions (e.g complex video or multiple channel campaigns that require more senior oversight)
Lead annual planning sessions and lead development of campaign proposals
Financial acumen
You deliver all projects on time and within budget for your account.
Be able to anticipate production costs, logistics, watch-outs, and what ideas are doable / not doable within a client budget.
Ensures all scopes and schedules are completed and signed in a timely manner while working alongside finance & ops lead to keep a handle on monthly billing and scope tracker.
Must Have Experience In
Building and managing teams of between 10 to 25 people
Scaling teams while co creating a blueprint and vision for the team's expansion
Technical knowledge and first hand practitioner ship of performance marketing
Strong understanding of creativity in particular understanding use of UGC ads for performance marketing
