Job Summary

As a Team Manager within the Account & KYC Management team, you provide strategic direction and leadership to ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance. You will oversee daily operations, supervise a high-performing team, and act as a subject matter expert in KYC and account management processes.

Your role involves managing workflow, driving key initiatives, and representing the team in senior leadership forums.

Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Account & KYC Management team, setting objectives and driving performance.
Oversee all account maintenance and KYC operations, ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal standards.
Develop and implement strategies for process optimization, automation, and risk mitigation.
Manage resource planning, recruitment, and team development.
Act as the main point of contact for senior management, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
Oversee escalations, complex cases, and high-risk client reviews.
Monitor and report on key metrics, SLAs, and regulatory changes.
Foster a culture of compliance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications , Skills and Capabilities
Extensive experience in KYC, AML, and account management operations with at least 10 years of experience.
Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and risk management.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications , Skills and Capabilities
Strategic thinking and experience in change management.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Experience in process optimization and automation initiatives.
Proven track record in fostering a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.
