Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales:
Achieve and exceed sales targets for Loan Against Property (LAP) products.
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the LAP portfolio.
Identify and acquire new clients through the open market, direct selling agents (DSAs), and connectors.
Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Team Leadership & Management:
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales managers and staff to enhance performance and achieve business objectives.
Conduct regular performance reviews for team members.
Foster a strong sales and service culture within the branch.
Operational Oversight:
Manage daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and smooth functioning.
Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control, specifically for the LAP business.
Ensure that all transactions are authorized and financial records are accurate.
Oversee the smooth disbursement process for approved LAP loans.
Customer Service & Relationship Management:
Provide exceptional customer service and manage any customer inquiries or issues professionally.
Implement strategies to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Compliance &
Risk Management:
Ensure strict adherence to all bank policies, industry standards, and legal regulations, especially concerning loan products.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and manage risks.
