Description   We are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader for our Collection and Recovery team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the collection processes, leading a team of collectors, and implementing strategies to improve recovery rates. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of collection practices, and the ability to drive team performance.

Responsibilities    Lead and manage the collections and recovery team to achieve targets and objectives.
Develop and implement collection strategies to improve recovery rates.
Monitor and analyze collection metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and feedback.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations in all collection activities.

Skills and Qualifications    Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in collections or recovery management, preferably in a team leader role.
Strong understanding of collection processes and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team.
Proficient in using collection software and tools for tracking and reporting.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing challenges.
