The Senior Manager – KAM will lead and oversee all Key Account Managers, providing strategic leadership for key corporate clients. This role is responsible for achieving corporate admission targets, managing invoicing and collections, and ensuring long-term client satisfaction and growth.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the team of Key Account Managers (KAMs)
Provide strategic guidance for managing relationships with key corporate clients
Ensure corporate admission targets are consistently achieved
Monitor invoicing and collections, ensuring timely follow-ups and accuracy
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience
Identify opportunities for upselling and business growth
Key Requirements 10–15 years of experience in Key Account Management, corporate sales, or related roles
Proven experience managing a team of KAMs
Strong understanding of corporate client servicing, admissions, and revenue management
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment
