Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Extensive expertise, with over seven years of experience in managing credit agreement compliance for a diverse portfolio of borrowers.
Skilled in interpreting complex financial and other covenants in credit agreements, focusing on identifying borrower adherence or default.
Proven expertise in conflict management, with a track record of facilitating discussions and creating mutually beneficial solutions in a financial setting.
Experienced in leading the development and execution of operational plans within a lending services environment, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
Demonstrated ability in mentoring and guiding a team of professionals in a financial services setting, fostering their development and growth.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Expert in driving continuous improvement and process automation to optimize lending workflows, with strong digital literacy skills.
Skilled in creating quantitative reports to track performance and support strategic planning.
Proficient in leading project management efforts to ensure the successful execution of lending service initiatives.
