We are currently seeking an Associate Director – FP&A to join our Finance team in Bangalore.

Primary Purpose of the Role

- Track business performance and identify monthly results.
- Manage business operations by providing visibility and insights.
- Ensure consistency of information for decision-making, planning, and target setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Planning – Annual Business Cycle:
- Assist in developing the operating and financial plan.
- Performance Management:
- Drive performance to ensure effective P&L and balance sheet management, delivering on entity targets.
- Reporting & Forecasting:
- Oversee quarterly and monthly management reporting. Collaborate with PPMs to develop monthly forecasts for P&L and cash flow.
- Performance Measurement & Improvement:
- Monitor and analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators, and work on performance improvement initiatives.
- Special Projects:
- Support the analysis of new business cases and provide accurate, timely financial recommendations.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Attributes

Education & Experience

- 8–12+ years of experience in finance, strategy, or business management.
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is preferred.
