Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple client accounts ensuring timely delivery of media advisories, coverage reports, and other deliverables.
Maintain adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute integrated communication plans that align with client objectives across traditional and digital platforms.
Guide clients through dynamic media environments and proactively manage reputational risks by identifying emerging trends and key influencers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key journalists and digital influencers relevant to the consumer industry.
Oversee media outreach, story placement, and thought leadership opportunities.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong, long-term relationships that foster trust and satisfaction.
Anticipate client needs and proactively offer solutions.
Work closely with Account Directors to identify and convert new business opportunities.
Motivate and mentor junior team members, providing constructive feedback and supporting professional growth.
Stay ahead of upcoming news trends, industry developments, and consumer insights.
Guide the team in creating compelling media pitches and securing impactful placements.
Partner with colleagues across departments and practices to deliver integrated solutions and drive business results.
Support a healthy work environment through regular feedback, recognition, and continuous learning initiatives.

Candidate Requirements:

Education:

Masters/ Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or related field

Experience:

Minimum of 7 years in PR, with proven success in managing consumer brand accounts.

Skills:

Strong media relations and network within the consumer sector.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Strategic thinking with executional excellence.
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders under tight deadlines.
Team leadership and mentoring experience.
Understanding of digital and social media trends is a plus.
