Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance and inspections of cleanroom facility systems (HVAC, chillers, exhaust, compressed air, DI water, gas lines, etc.).
- Operate equipment and machinery in a controlled environment while wearing appropriate cleanroom gowns.
- Support installation, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical and electrical infrastructure.
- Monitor cleanroom parameters (temperature, humidity, particle levels)
- Support tool installation relocation, and shutdown activities when required
- Monitor building management systems (BMS) and environmental control systems for alarms or abnormal conditions.
- Monitor environmental conditions checklist (temperature, humidity, particle count) and report deviations every day.
- Document all procedures and processes accurately and timely in batch records or logs with a check list.
- Handle and transport materials in compliance with contamination control guidelines
- Follow strict gowning protocols and adhere to hygiene and safety regulations
- Assist with cleanroom validations, equipment calibration, and inspections as needed
- Report equipment malfunctions or quality issues to supervisors immediately

Requirements:

- Diploma in Mechanical and Electrical equivalent is permitted
- Prior experience working in a cleanroom, laboratory, or controlled environment is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in facility maintenance, preferably in a cleanroom or high-tech manufacturing environment.
- Basic understanding of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and building automation systems.

Working Conditions:

- Hands-on experience working in a Class 100–1000 cleanroom (preferred)
- Frequent use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- May involve shift work, including weekends or nights, depending on production needs.
