Planning of shift manpower and work deployment,Shift arrangement of associates,Shift wise work allocation
Adherence of production plan and ensure timely completion of production plan.
Ensure working as per quality system.
Follow all SOPs and ensure zero defect overflow.
Control of non-conforming products and process. Responsible for product changeovers
Ensure that systems should follow properly.
Any other tasks assigned by superiors
Daily updating of the production schedule,Ensure the availability of material from the store as per schedule
Zero accident on production floor
Candidates must be from a Manufacturing company background
Currently on-roll employees (no contract / consultancy profiles)
Core production experience of minimum 5+ years
Qualification:
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory)
Interview process: 1st round: Technical – Face-to-Face (mandatory)
2nd round onwards: Virtual interviews
