AVP​/VP OPERATIONS

Position: AVP / VP OPERATIONS
Location: Bengaluru

@ BANGALORE, AVP / VP OPERATIONS  required for one of the Biggest Apparel manufacturing Group with State of art in-house manufacturing facilities catering to some of the most popular USA and European Brands.

Exp: 24 - 29 yrs/ open
Salary; INR 84 - 90 Lacs PA / (nego)

Prefer with Expertise in WOVENS.
Will be required to handle approx. 1500 machines capacity as a PCH.
Prefer professionals with strong understanding of IE / Planning and other LEAN Manufacturing concepts along with strong business acumen.
Prefer from IE / PPC Background.
Will be responsible to manage all manufacturing related activities - on time shipments, AQL, Costing, efficiency, etc.
Prefer with Expertise in Garment Manufacturing, IE, Planning, Lean Manufacturing, Apparel, Manufacturing Process Improvement, cost efficiency, Operational Planning, Knitwear, Operational Excellence…etc
Prefer with international work experience and at similar level / Position.

Prefer Professionals with formal education in Planning, IE ( Any Engineering ), Textiles / related field.

Should have excellent communication skills ( Written and Verbal ) and presentations skills.
Should have strong people and work management skills.
Should be a Strong leader and a team player.
Reporting to the COO

Professionals with experience in Apparel / Clothing / Garment manufacturing Companies will only qualify for this position.
