The qualifications you need: 3+ years of experience in an Engineering Manager Track record of successfully delivering large-scale technical projects
Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams
Strong technical knowledge (5+ years of experience in software development is expected) with overall 10+ years of experience in the Software engineering field
Experience in working with Java/JavaScript or Type Script, Node.js, microservices is a must
Working experience in Dev Ops, Docker and CI/CD concepts and technology
Proficiency in establishing and handling agile development methodologies and lean principle/techniques (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Continuous Delivery)
Proficiency in project management, relationship building and stakeholder management
Strong understanding of at least one the Business Domains that Celonis operates in (Order Management, Procurement, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable) are a plus.
Ability to resolve technical conflicts, providing a positive environment for escalations
Strong communication skills allowing you to collaborate smoothly with people across the business and technical domains
Knowledge of cloud providers, Kubernetes is a plus
