Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily production activities between production, QC, QA, logistics, and procurement teams.
Monitor production schedules and ensure timely execution as per planning.
Track raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods inventory; coordinate replenishment.
Support dispatch planning, shipment scheduling, and documentation.
Maintain and update MIS reports, production records, manpower data, and operational dashboards.
Assist in implementing SOPs, safety guidelines, and compliance requirements.
Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with internal teams and external vendors.
Escalate operational issues and help drive quick resolutions.
Support audits (internal/external) with required documentation.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Science/Engineering/Operations or related field.
Relevant years of experience in chemical manufacturing/industrial operations.
Strong coordination, communication, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Excel, MIS, and basic ERP systems.
Understanding of production workflow, plant operations, and safety norms.
