Role:  Production Officer/Executive - OSD Formulations

Core Responsibilites:

1. Material Handling
Assist in weighing, sieving, and transferring raw materials and intermediates.
Ensure proper segregation and identification of materials.
Handle materials in accordance with GMP and safety guidelines.
2. Equipment Operation & Support
Operate and support production equipment such as:
Blenders;
Tablet presses;
Capsule filling machines;
Coating machines
Perform equipment setup and assist in changeovers as per approved SOPs.
Support in-process monitoring during manufacturing activities.
3. Process Monitoring
Conduct in-process checks including:
Appearance
Weight variation
Physical parameters
Identify and report deviations or equipment issues to the supervisor promptly.
4. Documentation
Accurately record entries in:
Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR)
Logbooks
Equipment cleaning records
Ensure all documentation is completed in real-time under supervision.
5. Compliance & Safety
Follow approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Adhere strictly to GMP and safety requirements.
Participate in GMP, safety, and operational training programs.
Assist during audits and preventive maintenance activities as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or related field.
0–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing (preferred).
Basic understanding of GMP and production processes.
Ability to follow SOPs and maintain accurate documentation.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
