Head of Packaging

Role & responsibilities
Leverage consumer insight information and creative design tools to come up with innovative packaging solutions that respond to the expressed needs state.
Provide support to operations with effective and sustainable solutions.
Coordinate activities at various stages of packaging development with cross functional team members, factories and vendors.
Developing artworks for the packing material in line with Marketing requirements and responsible for final printing
lead packaging, printing and production portfolio for the group
Costing of printing processes, laminates, papers and various types of material used for packaging and BTL and must be able to negotiate with respective suppliers.
Lead Packaging material technology group. Develop and maintain state-of-the-art competence & tools in materials, applications and packaging technologies. Coach team members, supervise trainees. Involvement and participation in Networks.
