Job description Run the production process of hologram, drawing up a production schedule; ensure that the production is cost effective;
Decide what resources are required; draft a timescale for the job; estimate costs and set the quality standards;
Analyzing various processes / applications and recommending process modifications and equipment calibrations to enhance operational efficiency.
Leading operations/production team for cost effective production providing guidance for technical troubleshooting of process plant.
Helping in OTD and FTR

Responsible for ISO, 5S, QC and customer Satisfaction
