If you're passionate about baking from scratch and believe great products start with great ingredients, this position of Bakery / Pastry CDP.
At The Fresh Factory , we're building a bakery that values craftsmanship over shortcuts. We focus on seasonal ingredients, natural fermentation, clean labels, and products made with intention.
What You'll Do
Prepare artisan breads, sourdough, laminated pastries, cakes, cookies, and desserts.
Maintain consistency in recipes, quality, and presentation.
Develop new seasonal bakery products alongside the culinary team.
Manage production planning, inventory, and minimize wastage.
Ensure the highest standards of hygiene, food safety, and organization.
Train and support junior bakery team members.
We're Looking For Someone Who
Has 3–6 years of experience in a professional bakery, café, or hotel.
Has strong knowledge of bread baking, fermentation, viennoiserie, and pastry production.
Understands ingredients and values quality over convenience.
Is disciplined, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced kitchen.
Is eager to innovate while maintaining consistency.
