Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Operator to operate 3-axis CNC milling machines and support precision manufacturing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC machines (mills and routers) to fabricate parts and components as per specifications.
Perform regular maintenance of CNC machines, including cleaning and lubrication, to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Document production data such as machine settings, output quantities, and quality control results.
Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and safe handling of materials.
Perform self-inspection of produced parts and support resolution of non-conformance (NCR) issues.

Qualifications:

ITI / Diploma (Mechanical or relevant field)
2–3 years of experience or apprenticeship completed in CNC operations
Strong knowledge of engineering drawings, GD&T concepts, and machining standards

Required Skills:

Experience in programming complex 3-axis CNC components in hard and soft metals
Hands-on experience with multiple machines like VMC, Turn-Mill, and Turning Centers
CNC milling experience preferred (2–3 years in CNC machine setup, operation, and offline programming)
Ability to maintain safe work practices and production quality standards
Knowledge of measuring instruments and inspection methods
Understanding of different types of metals used in precision/aircraft components
Awareness of AS9100D and quality standards
Experience in multi-axis CNC lathe setup, programming, and operation
