Location: Bengaluru

Knowledge & Skills :

To kit materials to subcon and inhouse production, ensure error free kitting.
Discrepancy in TO follow-up with concerned department.
Handover kits to subcon and inhouse with proper identification on materials.
Confirm the TO in system and file the TOs.
Updating in system as per DMR sheet.
Identifying and storing of rejection materials, shelf-life expired materials in respective storage area.
Handling, Preservation and FOD/ESD work instruction.
Receiving materials directly and processed goods from subcontractors.
Receive rejections/good materials return/process scrap return from subcon.
Moving the physical materials to proper location and making entry in system.
Reoffering shelf life and rejected materials to concerned department.
Handling materials as per laid down procedures.
Maintaining orderliness and cleanliness in stores.
Coordinating and follow-up with production and other department for material accounting.

Responsibilities :

Handover kits to subcon and inhouse with proper identification on materials.
Receiving, verifying and accounting of good materials, rejections materials from subcon.
Stock verification and cycle counting activity.
Receiving of returnable goods from vendor and subcon to maintain with proper documents.
Physically verify materials against documents and package weight and dimensions.
Intimate Purchase/Exim/Finance regarding damages and discrepancies in receipts.
Inform relevant departments of any damages or discrepancies in receipts and account for materials through GRN.
Identify and apply label to packages and offer received materials to SQA.
Coordinate with SQA & other departments and for timely issuance of GRNs and proper material handling.
Move the physical materials to proper location and making entry in system.
Accounting for On-time issue of kitting, physical stock verification & Taking count of received, accepted and rejected materials.
