Plant Manager

Location: Bengaluru

We are looking for an experienced  Plant Manager  to lead a large-scale manufacturing facility in  Bengaluru . This is a strategic leadership role for a seasoned manufacturing professional with a strong background in the  Food & Beverage industry  and a passion for operational excellence, people leadership, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end plant operations, ensuring excellence in production, quality, safety, maintenance, planning, and people management.
Drive operational efficiency, productivity, cost optimization, and customer satisfaction.
Foster a high-performance culture through leadership, coaching, and talent development.
Ensure compliance with food safety, regulatory, and health & safety standards.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve business objectives and deliver sustainable operational results.

We're Looking For
Industry Experience
15+ years of manufacturing experience, with at least 5 years in a plant leadership role.
Mandatory experience in the  Food & Beverage manufacturing industry .

Core Competencies
Strong technical competency in manufacturing operations.
Proven leadership and people management capability.
Experience managing large-scale and complex manufacturing operations.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Demonstrated overall suitability to lead a high-performing manufacturing site.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Food, Dairy, or related discipline).
Master's degree is an advantage.

Experience with Lean Manufacturing, ERP systems, food safety regulations, and continuous improvement initiatives is preferred.
