We design, build, and operate anechoic chambers, CATR OTA systems, and turnkey RF/EMC test facilities, and run a NABL-accredited (ISO/IEC 17025) laboratory in Bengaluru serving global wireless, telecom, and IoT customers. Role Overview

We are looking for a Global Sales Manager to own worldwide revenue for Aracion’s laboratory services. You will drive the full sales cycle — prospecting, technical scoping, proposals, negotiation, and closure — selling RF, OTA, EMC, and regulatory testing services to device makers, telecom OEMs, chipset vendors, and system integrators across India, the Middle East, Europe, the Americas, and APAC.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the global lab services revenue target: build, manage, and convert a qualified international pipeline of testing and certification opportunities

• Develop and execute region-wise go-to-market plans across India, UAE, Europe, USA, and APAC, leveraging Aracion’s global footprint

• Identify and pursue new accounts across wireless, telecom, IoT, automotive, and defense segments

• Understand customer test requirements and work with engineering to scope solutions, prepare quotations, and close technically sound deals

• Manage key global accounts end-to-end: repeat business, framework agreements, and long-term testing partnerships

• Represent Aracion at international industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings; deliver capability presentations and lab tours

• Track competitor labs, pricing, and market trends across regions; feed intelligence into pricing and capability decisions

• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and sales reporting in CRM

• Coordinate with lab operations to align sold commitments with capacity and delivery timelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related engineering field; MBA a plus

• 7+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, with at least 3 years selling testing/certification services, test equipment, or related technical services to international customers

• Working understanding of Wi-Fi (IEEE 802.11), cellular (3

GPP — LTE, 5G ), and Bluetooth standards and their test/certification flows

• Familiarity with EMC testing and global regulatory/certification regimes (FCC, CE/ETSI, UKCA, WPC, BIS, TEC MTCTE)

• Proven track record of owning and delivering revenue targets across multiple geographies

• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; comfortable engaging global customers at engineering and leadership levels, across time zones

• Willingness to travel internationally

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing network among device OEMs, telecom vendors, or chipset companies globally

• Prior experience at an accredited test lab (NABL/A2LA), certification body, or test equipment vendor (Keysight, R&S, Anritsu)

• Exposure to defense/MIL-STD-461 EMC or OTA/CATR testing markets
