R&D Associate – Organic Chemistry
Location:
Bengaluru (Bommasandra)
We are looking for a hands-on R&D Associate with a strong foundation in Organic Chemistry to work on process development, optimization, and scale-up of organic molecules. If you enjoy solving chemistry problems and translating lab reactions into scalable processes, this role is for you.
Eligibility
B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry
Industry exposure to organic synthesis or chemical process development
Key Responsibilities
Develop, optimize, validate, and scale chemical processes (lab to pilot)
Handle air- and moisture-sensitive reactions
Perform purification techniques such as distillation, crystallization, and chromatography
Analyse reaction mechanisms and process impurities
Interpret analytical data (NMR, HPLC, GC, MS)
Conduct literature research using Sci Finder and Reaxys
Maintain proper lab documentation and technical reports
Ensure strict adherence to safety and IP confidentiality standards
