Responsibilities for Dedicated Resource (GES)
Data Analysis and Final Report Generation
Description:
Conduct a detailed analysis of background verification data to derive insights and prepare the final output report.
Estimated Time: 8 working days
Initiate Discussion with FADV (Post-Report)
Description:
Based on the analysis, initiate and lead discussions with FADV to finalize the background verification (BGV) package and associated costing.
Data Release and BGV Coordination
Release BGV data to FADV in batches of 300 records every two weeks.
Current processing time by FADV is 14 working days, but discussions are ongoing to reduce this to 7-9 working days.
The assigned resource will coordinate closely with FADV on each batch's progress and outcomes, and ensure timely internal sharing for assessment.
Assumption:
Total volume of 2,500 records. Based on the release frequency, this will span approximately 18 weeks (5 months). Timeline will extend if the volume increases.
Report Review, HRBP Update, and Docushare Upload
Description:
Review FADV's BGV report and flag Red and Orange cases to the respective HRBPs.
Post communication, upload the final report to the employee profile and update the master tracker accordingly.
