Ensures achievement of R&D program to reach objectives - Reviews progress and evaluates results to identify materials and components for battery advanced materials purposes to evaluate up to TRL5
Proposes ideas & leads the activity to obtain the results expected in the frame of IAT cell chemistry roadmap for Advanced chemistry cell development
Proposes action plans to lead the work he is in charge of following the specifications established by internal customers
Provides synthesis to hierarchical and functionnal management and internal customers of the results of the work of his/her team with pro-activity
Leads local collaborations with key technological actors on the market
Participates to international meetings . Technical survey of world state of art, patents & bibliography
Lead a team to achieve his/her activities
Organizes and control the work of the team reporting to him/her
