Role :
Senior Research Scientist - Biomaterials
Job Requirements
Conduct research on biomaterials targeted for tissue engineering and regenerative medicine applications and generate protocols for the same
Expertise in more than one polymeric scaffold fabrication techniques, including (but not limiting) in-situ crosslinking and 3D bioprinting, preferably for generating
complex tissue mimetic structures.
Experience of processing different polymeric materials, having good understanding of their chemistry and properties. Having worked with polymer blends and
composites will be a plus.
Perform extensive physical, biological & chemical characterization for biopolymeric products. Innovate, conceptualize, plan, execute, analyze data and
troubleshoot experiments
Active participation in interdisciplinary research with colleagues and collaborators. Project or team management experience will be considered as a plus.
Strong evidence of writing scientific documents like manuscript, patent, grant proposals, etc in the relevant research field and presentations in public platforms.
Proactive external communications with vendors, suppliers for resources and instruments procurement, CROs for specialized services for pre-clinical studies.

Required Qualification And Experience
Should have PhD or Postdoc with minimum 5 yrs research experience in material science, biotechnology, polymer science, life science
