Job Purpose:

To be part of Protein science Team. Technical

Skills:

Hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture and/or Baculo-Insect cell (adherent and suspension) and transfection procedures.

Experience in expression of monoclonal antibodies and recombinant proteins in HEK, CHO, and/or Sf9 systems.

Strong expertise in protein purification using AKTA Pure & AKTA Avant systems.

Practical experience with Affinity, Ion‑exchange, and HIC chromatography, column packing, and TFF.Basic working experience with HPLC-based protein characterization.

Skilled in Western blotting and ELISA.Excellent communication and coordination with upstream and analytical teams.

Strong documentation practices and meticulous data recording. Educational

Qualification:

Master's degree in biology/biotechnology/biochemistry or relevant scientific/healthcare discipline with 2 to 8 years of research experience. Desirable

Skills:

Experience with Wave Bioreactor or similar automated/controlled bioreactor systems.

Experience in high‑throughput small/medium‑scale purification using automated liquid handling systems.

Broader understanding of protein expression, analytical workflows, and upstream processes.

Prior industrial biotechnology experience. Behavioral

Skills:

Demonstrates effective communication skills, both oral and written, cross-functional collaboration skills, and a cross-cultural awareness.

Proactive, works with a high level of independence with minimal supervision.

Good organizational, analytical, and planning skills.

Attention to detail in documenting processes.
