About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented fresh graduates to join our Clinical Research team as Clinical Research Associates (CRA). The selected candidates will support clinical trial activities, ensure compliance with study protocols, and assist in maintaining high-quality clinical research standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the monitoring and coordination of clinical trials.
- Review study documents and ensure protocol compliance.
- Support site management activities, including communication with investigators and study coordinators.
- Verify clinical trial data accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in preparing monitoring reports and study documentation.
- Ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP), SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Track study progress and support timely completion of milestones.
- Maintain trial master files and essential study documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for study-related activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Nursing, Clinical Research, or related fields.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Clinical Research.
- Strong understanding of clinical research concepts and GCP guidelines is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good documentation and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to travel for site visits, if required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
