We are looking for a Retail Trainer - Footwear to handle the training needs of our offline retail team using various methodologies, techniques and interactive activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and execute orientation programs for retail teams
- Conduct onboarding training sessions for new hires
- Assign mentors and coaches to new sales team members
- Observe the customer journey and identify training needs for each touch point
- Organize role-playing activities to simulate difficult client cases
- Train retail team on product, service soft skills & KPIs in-store & in class room settings
- Apply various sales training techniques (e.g. gamification, case studies and group activities)
- Maintain updated records of training curriculum and material
- Design training calendar in discussion with the retail ops team

Desired Attributes:

- 2-4 yrs work experience as a Retail Trainer, Product Trainer, Sales Trainer or similar role
- Experience in retail industry preferably in sportswear
- Open to travel and visit the retail stores, as needed
- Ability to manage the full training cycle, including conducting in-person activities and using e-learning platforms
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to motivate employees to achieve sales targets
- BSc degree in Education, Human Resources or relevant field
- Additional certification in training will be a plus
