Role Overview
The Launch Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring that every new Cult
Store EBO delivers its full business and brand potential from day one of operations.
This high-ownership role coordinates cross-functionally with Projects, Operations,
Merchandising and Marketing, and is accountable for creating and executing a
structured “Day 0 to Day 30/60/90” launch playbook for new stores.
Key Responsibilities
● Own the end-to-end launch readiness for new EBO stores – from handover of
site till successful stabilization of the store’s first 90 days of trade.
● Create and run a standardized launch playbook covering VM, assortment,
pricing, staff readiness, marketing, and local community activation for each new
store.
● Analyse previous store performances to improve and finalize store layout, key
categories, hero products and opening inventory weeks in advance of launch.
● Define and track pre-opening and post-opening KPIs to measure launch success.
● Conduct structured pre-opening checks to ensure all customer touchpoints are
launch-ready.
● Partner with HR/training teams to ensure staff hiring, induction, product training
and service rituals are completed before opening.
● Coordinate with Marketing to drive awareness and footfall.
● Deep-dive into performance of each new store during the stabilization period;
drive corrective actions as required.
● Build and continuously improve a repository of best practices, checklists and
templates for new store launches, based on learnings across cities and formats.
● Provide structured feedback to central teams (Category, VM, Design, Projects,
CX, Tech) on customer insights and operational gaps identified during launches.
● Prepare clear MIS and launch review dashboards for leadership, summarizing
performance vs. targets and key action points for each new store.

Candidate Profile
● 3–5 years in fashion/sports/lifestyle retail/e-commerce with hands-on new store
launches or multi-store/e-commerce operations

Education:
Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s degree optional)
● Strong grip on retail metrics and comfort with data-driven decisions.
● High ownership, on-ground problem solving, and ability to work cross-functionally
and manage multiple stakeholders.
● Excellent communication, analytical skills and willingness to travel and be on
- ground during pre-opening and launch periods.
