We are looking for an experienced  Lead – Retail Operations  to join a  well-established premium luxury brand  operating across  luxury goods, luxury retail, luxury lifestyle, jewellery, Luxury accessories and non-apparel categories . This role is critical in driving  store-level excellence, retail performance, and scalable growth  across a dynamic retail network.

Role Overview
The Retail Operations Lead will be responsible for managing end-to-end retail execution, strengthening sales performance, and building high-performing store teams. The role requires a strong balance of  strategic thinking and on-ground execution , with a sharp focus on customer experience, productivity, and operational discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage retail teams to achieve sales, conversion, and service excellence

• Drive sales strategy, store productivity, and operational KPIs

• Oversee new store planning, launches, and stabilization

• Coach and develop store leaders and frontline teams

• Ensure consistent visual merchandising, store readiness, and premium brand experience

• Monitor performance dashboards and share actionable insights with leadership

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, supply chain, VM, and HR

• Handle escalations, customer concerns, and operational challenges professionally

• Stay updated on retail trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field

• 5+ years  of experience in  luxury retail, lifestyle, consumer, or premium brands

• Strong exposure to  large-scale retail operations and store execution

• Proven success in team leadership, sales growth, and retail expansion

• Customer-first mindset with strong stakeholder management skills
