Apprentice Program Summary An apprenticeship is on the job training, designed to help apprentice develop their skills and achieve a nationally recognized standard. Apprentices get opportunity to gain practical work experience and develop skills including communication skills, customer service orientation, teamwork, professionalism & work ethics.
Job Role Retail Trainee Associate
Eligibility
Only Freshers are eligible.
Minimum 18 years of age.
Valid Aadhar (National Identity) Card.
Program Framework 6 month & 12 months of Paid Apprenticeship with on-the-job training for 12th completed and graduate freshers respectively
9 hours (including 1hour break) per day and 5 days working
Online Assessment at the end of the Apprenticeship Program
Government recognized & Starbucks co-branded certificate on successful completion of the program
Scope of Training
Providing legendary customer service to all customers
Creating the Starbucks Experience for our customers by providing customers with prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment.
Apprentice is responsible for modelling and acting in accordance with TATA Starbucks guiding principles.
