We are looking for Customer Service Associates to join our retail team and deliver an exceptional shopping experience to customers at our flagship store at MG Road, Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities Assist customers with product selection and purchases
Provide excellent customer service and product guidance
Maintain store display and visual merchandising standards
Support billing, stock handling, and store upkeep
Build positive relationships with customers to enhance the brand experience
Ideal Candidate Strong customer interaction and service attitude
Passion for retail sales and customer engagement
Good communication skills
Prior retail or showroom sales experience preferred
Salary: As per industry standards / based on current CTC and experience.
