Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Staff role based in Bengaluru. The Sales Staff member will welcome customers, understand their riding needs, and recommend suitable motorcycling gear, accessories, and related products. Responsibilities include providing product demonstrations, explaining features and benefits, handling customer queries, and ensuring a positive in-store experience. The role also involves managing billing and point-of-sale transactions, maintaining displays and inventory on the shop floor, and supporting stock checks and replenishment.
The Sales Staff will assist with customer feedback collection, participate in promotional activities or events, and collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and uphold brand standards. The sales staff will also be responsible for responding to messages on the various channels of customer communication.
Qualifications
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate clearly with diverse customers.
Sales and retail skills, including product presentation, basic negotiation, and comfort working with point-of-sale systems.
Basic product knowledge or interest in motorcycling gear, accessories, and safety equipment, with willingness to learn in detail.
Organizational skills for managing inventory on the floor, keeping displays orderly, and supporting stock checks and documentation.
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru on a full-time schedule, including weekends and peak business hours as needed.
Positive attitude, teamwork orientation, and reliability in a fast-paced retail environment.
Prior experience in retail, automotive, or lifestyle products is an advantage but not mandatory.
Basic proficiency in English and local languages; additional language skills are a plus.
