Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a CCTV Technician. The CCTV Technician will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining CCTV systems, as well as troubleshooting and resolving system issues. Additional duties include ensuring compliance with safety standards, handling equipment safely, and providing excellent customer service while addressing client needs regarding surveillance systems.

Qualifications

Proficiency in CCTV installation and understanding of related systems
Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical issues effectively
Good communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and team members professionally
Knowledge and adherence to safety standards when working with hazardous materials
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in an on-site environment
Previous experience in security systems or a related field is preferred
Relevant certifications or training in surveillance systems technology is an added advantage
