As a Telecounselor at Vedantu, you will play a pivotal role in connecting with our clients and providing them with exceptional service. You will be responsible for conducting telephonic counseling sessions, building relationships, and offering valuable guidance to individuals seeking Education. Key Responsibilitie
s:

Conduct telephonic counseling sessions with prospective clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solution
s.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and empath
y.Effectively communicate the benefits of our [product/service] and address any inquiries or concern
s.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience
s.Keep accurate and detailed records of client interactions in our CRM syste

Qualificatio

Proven experience as a telecounselor, customer service representative, or similar ro
le.

Excellent verbal communication and active listening skil
ls.

Empathetic and patient demeanor, with a genuine desire to help othe

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative te

Strong organizational skills and attention to deta
il.

Proficient in using CRM software and other communication too
ls.

Education and Experien

High school diploma required;
Bachelor's degree preferr
