Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Junior Assistant Coach at the Stoik Sports cricket academy. The Junior Assistant Coach will assist in delivering structured cricket training programs, supporting the head coach in mentoring young athletes. Responsibilities include organizing practice sessions, monitoring player performance, and promoting skill development. The candidate will ensure adherence to training plans and ensure a safe and positive environment for players to develop their skills and passion for the sport.

Qualifications

- Knowledge of cricket fundamentals, coaching techniques, and game strategy
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to organize and manage training schedules and sessions
- Demonstrated teamwork and interpersonal skills with a focus on youth development
- Passion for cricket with a proactive approach to mentoring players
- Sports-related certifications or coaching qualifications will be an advantage
- Previous experience in coaching or playing cricket at a competitive level preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
