We are looking for certified and experienced Pilates Instructors to join our founding team and deliver high-quality, personalized sessions in a luxury studio environment.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Pilates Trainer, located in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilites
Conduct private and small group Pilates sessions (Reformer & Mat).
Ensure safe, effective, and technique-focused instruction.
Assess client fitness levels and tailor programs accordingly.
Deliver sessions aligned with Sol’s contemporary movement philosophy.
Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to retention.
Support a premium, welcoming and community-driven studio culture.

Requirements
Certified Pilates Instructor (Balanced Body / STOTT / Polestar or equivalent).
Minimum 1-2 years of teaching experience.

Experience with Reformer-based training preferred.
Understanding of Physical Therapy principles and their application in fitness training
Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

We are looking for instructors who are passionate about Pilates, willing to learn, and can deliver a high-quality experience for clients in a luxury studio setup.
