Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Football Turf Captain located in Bengaluru. The Football Turf Captain will be responsible for organizing and managing football matches, coordinating with players to ensure smooth gameplay, and maintaining the quality of the turf. Duties include scheduling games, assisting players upon their arrival, ensuring adherence to safety and facility guidelines, and fostering a welcoming and vibrant community environment.

You will be an important representative of the Fitual brand, interacting with players and promoting a positive playing experience.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and coordination skills for managing match schedules and ensuring smooth operations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with players and enhance their experience
Basic understanding of football rules and enthusiasm for sports
Ability to ensure safety guidelines and turf maintenance
Friendly, approachable, and proactive attitude
Flexibility to work part-time and availability during evenings or weekends
Experience in event hosting, sports management, or customer service is a bonus
