Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Junior Pilates Instructor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of professional experience, including a minimum of 6 months of teaching Pilates, and the ability to create engaging, effective, and safe Pilates sessions. A course or certification in Physiotherapy will be considered a strong plus, bringing added value in injury prevention, rehabilitation, and client-specific modifications.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct one-on-one and group Pilates sessions (Mat and Equipment) tailored to individual fitness levels and goals.
Demonstrate and instruct proper techniques, alignment, and breathing patterns in line with Tone 30 Pilates' methodology.
Modify exercises for clients with varying abilities, injuries, or rehabilitation needs.
Track client progress and provide constructive feedback to help them achieve their fitness objectives.
Maintain studio cleanliness, safety protocols, and a welcoming environment.
Stay updated on Pilates trends, techniques, and wellness practices.
Collaborate with senior instructors and management to deliver an exceptional client experience.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of professional experience in fitness/wellness instruction, including 6 months of teaching Pilates.
Certification in Pilates (Mat and/or Reformer).
Physiotherapy certification or coursework will be considered a strong advantage.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with clients.
Passion for health, wellness, and continuous learning.
Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, as per studio schedule.
