Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) Coach based in Ganderbal. The MMA Coach will develop and lead training programs in martial arts disciplines, including striking, grappling, and conditioning. Responsibilities include assessing skill levels, designing tailored training regimens, mentoring students, and ensuring adherence to safety standards. The role also involves guiding participants in achieving their personal fitness and competitive goals while fostering a supportive and inclusive training environment for all athletes.

Qualifications

Proficiency in key MMA disciplines such as striking, grappling, and conditioning
Strong coaching and mentorship abilities, with experience in training individuals or groups
Knowledge of fitness, anatomy, and injury prevention
Ability to assess and develop training plans based on individual skill levels and goals
Excellent communication and motivational skills to inspire trainees
Experience working with athletes of various skill levels, including beginners and professionals
Certifications in martial arts or combat sports coaching are a plus
Commitment to fostering discipline, respect, and inclusivity within the training environment
