Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dance Fitness Instructor based in Bengaluru. The Dance Fitness Instructor will be responsible for planning and leading dynamic dance fitness classes, ensuring participant safety and engagement. The role involves creating innovative choreography, leading group sessions, and adapting classes to meet varying skill levels. Additional responsibilities include conducting regular fitness assessments, motivating participants, and collaborating with the team to promote overall wellness programs.

Qualifications
Proficiency in dance fitness styles such as Zumba and other contemporary fitness dance programs
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage and motivate participants
Ability to design and instruct dynamic and effective workout routines
Certification in group fitness, Zumba, or related fields (preferred)
Knowledge of fitness safety protocols and the ability to adapt routines to various fitness levels
Experience in fitness-focused roles and a passion for promoting health and wellness
Ability to work with diverse groups and create inclusive sessions
Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field (preferred)
