Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Swimming Coach based in Bengaluru. The Swimming Coach will be responsible for leading swim lessons, providing one-on-one swim instruction, and supervising aquatic activities to ensure safety and compliance. The individual will design and implement swimming programs for participants of all ages and skill levels, with a focus on helping clients improve their swimming techniques, endurance, and overall fitness.

The coach will also maintain a safe and engaging environment at the pool, foster positive relationships, and ensure the well-being of every participant.

Qualifications

Proficient skills in Swimming, with experience in providing Swim Lessons and Swim Instruction for varied age groups.
Knowledge in Lifeguarding and Aquatics to ensure participant safety and proper water safety measures.
Strong communication, leadership, and motivational skills to inspire and guide participants effectively.
Ability to assess individual needs and create personalized training plans that align with fitness goals.
Relevant certification in swim coaching, first aid, or lifeguarding is highly desirable.
