Transport Manager  Jones Lang LaSalle Property Consultants (India) Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a  Transport Manager  to oversee and optimize daily employee transport operations across multiple locations. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient, safe, and compliant transport services while effectively managing vendors and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Oversight:  Oversee daily employee transport operations across multiple locations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
Vendor & Contract Management:  Manage transport vendors, including contract negotiation and ensuring adherence to Service-Level Agreements (SLAs).
Route Optimization:  Plan and optimize transport routes to ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of employees.
Safety & Compliance:  Ensure full compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company transport policies.
Fleet Performance Monitoring:  Monitor vehicle performance, track fuel usage, and manage maintenance schedules to ensure fleet reliability.
Issue Resolution & Feedback:  Handle employee feedback, complaints, and effectively resolve any transport-related issues.
System Implementation:  Implement and manage transport management systems (TMS) and GPS tracking solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Reporting & Analysis:  Prepare and present comprehensive reports on transport performance and detailed cost analysis to stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Coordination:  Coordinate effectively with HR and Admin departments regarding shift schedules and specific transport requirements.
Audits & Standards:  Lead internal and external audits to ensure strict adherence to safety and operational standards within the transport function.
