JOB PURPOSE
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment efforts.
This role offers hands-on experience in the end-to-end hiring process and provides an excellent opportunity to learn about talent sourcing, candidate engagement, and employer branding.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and panel members for interview logistics.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and update the ATS.
- Support campus hiring and walk-in drives.
- Help prepare recruitment reports and dashboards.
- Assist in employer branding activities (social media posts, flyers, etc.).
- Handle candidate communication and follow-ups.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Pursuing or recently completed a MBA in HR, Business, or related field
PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS & BEHAVIOUR
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic data handling.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in aviation or ground handling industry is a plus.
INTERNSHIP DURATION
- 3 / 6 months
