We’re Hiring – Senior Officer (Import – Shipping)
Jordan | Full‑Time
We are looking for an experienced Senior Officer – Import to join our Shipping & Logistics team at Classic Fashion!
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Handle customs clearance for air, land & sea shipments
✔ Prepare & verify import documentation (invoices, packing lists, declarations)
✔ Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders & authorities
✔ Monitor shipment status and ensure timely clearance
✔ Update WFX/ERP systems and maintain import logs
✔ Support procurement with import readiness checks
✔ Calculate and verify import costings
What We’re Looking For:
1–3 years’ experience in import/logistics roles
Strong knowledge of customs procedures & trade laws
Skill in documentation handling and data accuracy
Good communication & coordination skills
Proficiency in English
