Valid driving license, ability to communicate effectively with customers.
Basic language skills – should be able to communicate well in English, Kannada and Hindi.
Good driving record and experience.
The ability to handle heavy luggage.
The driver should be comfortable with technology or be willing to learn about navigation systems.
The driver should be well informed of the different roads in Bangalore, and be well experienced with the challenges on the roads.
